I'm in the market for a John Deere 4066R Cab tractor with a BUNCH of options. The option are what make it hard to compare, I'm wondering how this package and pricing stacks up to other dealers? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

I'm only interested in this make an model for various reasons so I would prefer not to get into lengthy discussions about how I can get more bang for my buck with some other brand or model tractor. My objective is to find out if this is a decent deal for this specific machine?

I think you are close. I think a JD dealer can give you 15-18 % discount on a compact tractor without bleeding too bad.
Especially with allot of options.
Looks like you are 14-15% now. I would try to squeeze him for another couple percent, and be happy with anything over 15%

The best way to get list price is to go on the JD website and use the “Build Your Own” system. You can spit out a .pdf quote with all your options.

Nope, not really.
I want to know what Juniors list price was and then whack his stated 15.6 % off of that. Then, I’ll have a real #.

Arlen is correct. The list price I was referencing was the price generated by the website, including the options I chose -- about $44.3K.

That would be lower than I would agree to. I would expect 18 to 20% on a fully loaded unit.

ROSS. The wheel mounting kit is needed for each add on rear weight.
