A family friend who allowed me to deer hunt on their property for the last 15 years recently passed way. He was the proud owner of a John Deere 320. From the information that was provided to me it was built in 1953 according to the family. They were wanting to know a ball park figure of value as they are now going to sell it. I had visited this forum site a few times previously for personal matters and always found the members not only helpful but very knowledgeable as well. I know the tractor runs as we had it started over the weekend. It was always kept under a barn roof. Rust free. There was a tag on the steering wheel from an area JD dealer who replaced the gauges and did some brake work. I believe the date on the tag was 2007 - but don't hold me to that. I suppose this tractor would be considered and antique??? That is basically what I know of this unit. I am hopefully one of the members of this forum could offer some advice on a value the family might expect on a sale price, point me in another direction, or even possibly be interested in purchasing themselves. The tractor is located near Hamlin, West Virginia (Lincoln County). Appreciate any advice you might offer.
