Can anyone tell me if there is a shear pin or something similar on the auger somewhere? We have had our baler for a long time and never had trouble with the auger till now. The auger spins freely. Hope that explains it, don't really know how to explain it other than the auger will not turn when hay is picked up.

Have you checked the v-belt on RH end? There are 2 roll(spring) pins(5/16x2-1/2) that hold the v-belt sheave hubs to the 2 shafts that are used in conjunction with the auger. There's also a roll pin(5/16x1-3/4) in the LH end of auger that hold auger onto shaft. There's an auger drive pin(E17181) that attaches sprocket to back auger shaft at knotter area.

Thanks it was the roll pin on the hub. Hopefully we will back out baling soon!
Thanks again - this was the first time we have broke that roll pin in about 30 years running this baler.
