Here's a few pics of my new blade and quick hitch. Just purchased the tractor and then after my purchase I went back and purchased the blade and grass catcher and installed them myself.

Nice looking set up, do you have a ballast box? with a ballast box and rear chains you would have a bulldozer, even just the chains, cause I see you have wheel weights.
Because even with four wheel drive, when the snow gets heavy or freezes you can loose traction.

Nice looking setup Stuarth... I'll second 4310... get the rear loaded down good and it'll push just about anything... chains all the better :)

Here are a few pictures I took of the catcher prior to removing it from the tractor earlier this week. I plan to change the hitch setup for the grass hopper. I am not sure what the plan is but at the minimum I am going to install a 2" channel and change the leg on the catcher hitch to 2" stock and use a pin and not the large bolts. As you can see the blower and tube don't fit very well, maybe I have the wrong tube???

StuartH:

Do you have the independent lift? I didn't see the lift arm on your left 3pt draft arm and I noticed you had the right arm on.

With the normal lift you have to remove the right arm (Otherwise when you lift the deck the right arm wants to lift up the mount for the catcher).

I also am going to modify my unit. I'm going to try something like welding a 7/8" rod to the bracket (when reversed) so I can put it on and off quickly and not have to disassemble the 3pt hitch. I'll need to extend my tube and make it slide in and out when I do that.

Your tube fitting does look a little sloppy. Mine is very tight and fit's good both at the blower, and at the bagger assembly. Maybe they did ship you the wrong tube.

Looks like Sutart has the 54" deck - maybe it would fit better on a 62"?

Orlo I do have a 54 inch deck, could you take some pictures of yours both at the hopper and at the blower and send them to me shende@adelphia.net or post them below. Mine does not fit very well at the blower or the hopper, what a mess!!! I only installed the MCS before putting it away for the winter to ensure I had everything. The arms will come off when I start to use the catcher system and yes I do have the independent lift, I just installed it too.
I have the 2305, 200CX, 54C, MCS, Independent lift, front 54 inch blade, quick hitch and rear wheel weights.
