- John Deere 2032R and Kubota M7060
I'm reaching out to see if anyone knows of this issue.
Long story short, my first 2032R was plagued by issues that multiple dealers were not able to fix.
1. would kick out of 4 wheel drive randomly, typically when you needed it to stay in like on a steep hill
2. Lawn mower would shear off pins and fall off
3. In the time of trying to fix the 2 above it picked up a roll out/stopping issue with the trans mission.
There was a lot more to the above but that was about 6 years ago. The end result was me paying $1800 and they they replaced the tractor with a new one that had non of the issues I was having.
The tractor has about 600 hours on it now and over all has been a great tractor and I use it for a lot of things. 1 big one is mowing the lawn.
So the #3 item mention above has shown up for me again.
Check this out, it can be 70-75 Degrees, start the tractor, drive out of the barn no issues, every thing is normal.
Engage the lawn mower and the roll out/stopping distance when you take your foot off the pedal becomes what seems to be like double or more the distance.
Meaning, PTO off, driving, let off pedal, stops in 5-6 feet. PTO on, driving, let off pedal, stops in 10+ feet
It does appear to be temperature related as after a while of running it does clear up.
First tractor this issue showed up around 70 hours. this tractor around 600 hours. At the time the dealer was throwing parts at it with zero result.
Any one know about this issue or what might be needed?
