John Deere 1958 820 Manual Confusion

So...........John Deere has #SM2021, $91, 330 pages. Steiner has JD201 $35, 290 ish pages.
Jen Sales has #JD S SM2021, $65, 330 Pages. Davenport has #SM2021, $47, 334 pages.

Which manual are Restorer/Maintenance/Mechanics using? Looks like all but Steiner are the same. Any suggestions? $91 vs $65 vs $47?
Davenport has the best description of what their selling....They make it sound like....This is what a JD mechanic had in his hands back in the day.

I would get the cheapest SM2021, most likely a reprint of the original John Deere manual. I am guessing copyright on it has expired, or they have NOS or used?
