john deere 1530 with 140 loader losing all hydraulics when 3pt hitch is fully lowered

I have a jd 1530 that hydraulic work fine (loader and steering) when rear hitch lever is locked in the up position. But when I lower the rear hitch to attach mower I get back on tractor the l've lost power steering and loader control. When I place the rear hitch lever back into the up position and raise rpms and raise loader all the way up and lower again loader will start working normally and PS comes back. Any help please?

How is loader controlled(scv or ind valve)? Look in hyd filler hole with engine running for spraying oil.

Tractor data says your tractor is closed center, so all valves should be in parallel.

When you push down on the 3pt lever, it is just releasing fluid to tank.

With the rear hitch lever in down position I do see oil Spray coming from around the left lift arm area. When I put it in the up position The spray stops
Loader does have single lever.

How is single FEL valve plumbed to tractor? Spraying oil indicates leaking RS control valve seals.

I talked with the place where I bought tractor, and he is going to come and take it to his shop and fix problem. I will let you know what he finds.
