Hello Everyone. I just picked up a John Deere 14SC mower. The engine runs great but the self propelled does not. The pulley on top of the transmission does spin when i squeeze down the lever on the handlebar. I can also feel the wheels tight up if i try to push it forward. Are there some easy things I can look for that may be the cause for the self propelled not working?
