JLG 40 f need help!

Hello All
!st time poster. Hats off to all the knowledge base on this forum!!
I have a question about a 40f that I acquired.( I have a bertea proportional valve bank. )
I have no pressure to the bertea valve bank. (swing lift drive). I also can not find a dump valve in the circuit? I know the pump is working. Is the dump valve in the bertea valve bank? If so where are the wires going to it. I have three sol. and three sets of wires. Im perplexed. Any help would be appreciated

I have the manual. Old jlg Manuals are not very good. There are no hydraulic schematics to speak of.They cover different machines with different valve configurations. the prints are vague at best. I need someone with type specific experience. This might be to much to ask for. . Its an old machine that was given to me. Its in pretty good shape over all and i am excited about getting it going. I have plenty of project around the homestead that i can use it for.
