Jinma hydrostatic?

Just curious here. Do you guys think Jinma will ever offer a hydrostatic drive version of their tractors? For a long time, Kioti didn't have a hydro, but does now. Mahindra apparently recently introduced a hydro model. It sure seems like a very competitively-priced hydro Jinma would be something that folks would gobble up in a hurry!

Just curious on any thoughts or any folks who might have an "inside scoop" on it...

Actually, ya know, my last post made me think of another question. Is there any kind of kit to replace a mechanical clutch with some sort of hydrostatic drive mechanism. I realize the hydros are very different in how the components are hooked together and the type of transmission (no reverse "gear" needed in hydro, for instance) but I'm just curious if anything like this actually exists, or if it's even do-able in the "real world".

I can tell chinese tractors use older technology but you will see shuttleshift transmission way before you will see hydrostatic. I think they just dont want to take the time to redesign. I was wondering if it would be possible to replace the transmission on a Jinma to make it hydrostatic.. Hmm.
I dont like manuals because theres too many gears i wouldnt use and its sorta a hassle to switch gears and clutch. Thats why i like the Class III boomers /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

I managed ot get on the CGTOA the other day and there was a post about a hydro china tractor coming form the china sales pitch guy... also Walter @ china depot had one under setup and design, totally new one, not sure how it is comming haven't chatted with him in a while.
