Does anyone know how many teeth are on the Starter ring mounted to the flywheel of a Jinma 354 LE TY395 engine ?

I am doing some investigation of the accuracy of the tachometer. I think its reading low (about 200~300 RPM low).
I placed an Oscilloscope on the tach sensor and can see the AC sine wave output from the sensor. It's a nice Sinewave 3.5 volts Peak to peak and the frequency ranges from about 800 Hz (Idle) to about 2500 Hz (full throttle). All I need to know is the # of teeth this will allow me to do the math and get the real RPM's of the engine and calibrate the tachometer by changing an internal resistor.
Formula RPM = (F*60) / (N) of teeth on flywheel
Where F = Frequency in Cycles Per Second at the flywheel * times 60 seconds in a minute / divided by the Number of flywheel teeth = True RPM's.
