Sounds like little more than individual dealer model classification, Suffix letters often merely identify a specific set of options. If you can give us info from the engine plate and the tractor plate (usually on the fender), it would help narrow down basic identification info. Seller and location would help too.

The XD is a dealers version of a LE different hood,headlights,
mostly options.The LE model is limited to 1- importer,so other dealers have come up with HD,XD, ect.Basicly a Jinma tractor with dealer requested options.Most parts are the same on all the Jinmas other than body parts
