JINMA 284 PTO won't disengage

The PTO on my JINMA 284 won't stop turning. I've the engage/disengage lever seems very sloppy so I assume that this is a PTO clutch adjustment issue. Does anybody have any suggestions for how to fix this? Pics help

The tractor has always run like a champ, but may be starting to show its age...
