I'm approaching 800 hours on a 2020 and this Summer the 3 pt started jerking when I raise it from the full down position and now it is doing it on the way up and once it gets full up and actually bounces the tractor with my 6' box attached. I asked the dealer "expert" and he said just adjust the flow valve until it stops. Tried that and it helped some but still was happening and now it's worse than it was. Talked to the "expert" again and he said bring it in and we can change fluid for you...yeah right. Fluid level is just a little low...maybe a 3/8" down on the stick so maybe quart or so, no indication of air or foam on the dip stick and the FEL functions as designed and the transmission is just fine. I changed the filter and fluid at the appointed time and replaced it with whatever the book called for and for some reason we can't find the book.

I thought maybe it's the cold weather temps but it's inside the shop for engine oil and filter change and the shop is at 58F and it still does it.

Any thoughts?

when mine was jerking as I was adjusting the height I found that my lever was riding on a panel and was causing my issue , I had to tweak the lever arm so it was not touching anything

I discovered my issue because I found if i pulled the handle in toward me and then up or down it was smooth but if I just pulled up it would jerk

Hmmm... interesting idea...wish I had seen it before I put the tractor to bed for the night. I'll explore this in the AM....thanks Zmann!

Apparently, I didn't move the lever properly 'cause it still does it. Think I'll wait for warmer weather outside.

Lowrider2120, double check the position of your hydraulic controls. I had the problem you described on a JD and 1 of the hydraulic controls was not quite fully neutral.

Good idea but I've checked and double checked and disconnected QD lines, reconnected and screwed with everything I can touch without taking things apart. I keep thinking there is dirt or something keeping a valve or something part way open causing fluid to "back feed" somehow.

Hows the weather down there? It's +5F...warmest it's been in a week. I probably should head your way and lay on the beach for a bit...never been before but I used to take smokebreaks with a NZ naval Commander...great guy and we used to tip a few brews too.

If your feed back lever slides on a rod, grease that rod.

Do Kioti tractors have rockshaft seals for Three point lifts? My Branson 3510 started doing the same thing, I replace the rockshaft seals which fixed the issue.
