JD345 Ignition Module 124137 vs 132500

Just bought the AM132500 ignitor module for my 345, unfortunately it looks like I needed to buy the earlier ignitor model AM124137. Installed it and of course everything fit but the 345 still doesn't start. Does the 132500 not work as a replacement for the 124137? I can't return the am132500 anyway but don't want to buy the 124137 if the not starting is not due to the ignition module.

JDparts shows the AM124137 part under the JD345.
s/n up to 070,000 there is a sub for AM119999
s/n over 070,000, there are subs for AM127824 and AM128754

They show the AM132500 part under the GX345 and sub for AM130341.

Thank you, I now have that information. the real question is does the AM132500 sub for the AM124137? Or do I need to buy the AM124137 and just call the AM132500 buy a loss?

I can't answer that...but the parts don't add up to "it will work".
We can hope that the AM124137 or its sub will work for you.

Who led you to think the the AM132500 was the right Ignition module?

(and what is the ignitor module? same as ignition module? )
