JD2520 won't move in High or Low gear?

So, while mowing today the 2520 went out of gear. Switching from High to Low made no difference. No movement occurs in either direction. Hydro level is fine, and all PTOs work fine. Any clue?

No grinding or anything prior to this. Is there a switch somewhere or something electrical that could be an easy thing to check?

Sounds to me like a fastener came apart somewhere in the linkage between the pedals and the transmission. Can you see that pushing the pedals moves the controls as they should?
