Sound like a short in a wire or maybe the board itself its on, but the fuse blows when it hits a bump so Im guessing a wire touching ground but what circuit might this be after it leaves the board on the right side of the radiator kinda is my question , anyone else have any similar issue or at least a starting point ?
Thanks !

Welcome to the TBN.
One "trick" I use to find an intermittent short that blows a fuse is to replace the fuse with a 12v bulb fixed up with a couple wire leads soldered on.
Slip that in and if there is a short, the light bulb is on. Move wires around to locate which ones or one caused the light to go on and off.
Have found a few over the years that would have been impossible to find any other way. One was a wire going over the headliner above the passenger seat in a Chev Citation that I owned. Others have been less obscure but this trick saves some time finding a short.
There may be other ways too.
Good luck.
