JD 2210
Has anyone of the green persuasion noticed what's black and gold? I stumbled across a new Cub/Yanmar tractor while surfing the web, the SC2400 which is equivalent to JD's 2305 but with a lot of nice features Deere doesn't even offer. For example; when is JD going to offer shift on the fly HST? Much less a standard high back seat? "They" even offer cruise, and select height on the 3 pt. What is this world coming to?

The "reverse" radiator airflow looks pretty interesting also.

Interesting..
My old Simplicity has the reverse airflow, and Kubota's BX series does too. It works well when mowing, etc. It doesn't blow hot air on you, and you can just reach down, and wipe off the screen while you are mowing if "stuff" starts building up there. Loader cycle times are very good, pto hp is down a bit from the competition, loader lift height is a little shy, and the BX does lift more, but bucket capacity is good....... All, in all, worth a look maybe. Wonder what pricing is like?

Look how short the ROPS is!

The reverse air flow may be nice for operator summer comfort but there will be no change in how fast the radiators get plugged.:D :D :D

In days long gone by Cat dozers being operated two shifts every day always had a minor operator/mechanic conflict during seasons when it was warm during the day and cold at night. Each operator wanted the fan blowing a different direction and the mechanics were not inclined to keep switching the blades. The fellow on night shift usually won out!:D :D

Cub had to do "something" considering how poor of quality their earlier attempt at "tractors" was (5000, 6000, 7000 series).

I am still curious to know how far the Yanmar / Deere split will go...?

Gotta be careful now, you'll offend our Kioti and Mahindra friends.

We did actually sell the Cub's at one point, we stopped because we could not get parts. Personaly, I think this relationship is great. These two companies could do very well together.

Ugly colors? Those are Pittsburgh Steeler Colors!:D I looked at these tractors real hard recently at the PGH home show......they are real nice and reasonably priced. However, I have read bad reports (opinions) about serviceability and parts availability. I do not know if it is true but I like what I see.
