JD 950 tractor clutch

Found the springs in the bottom of gear housing, can I just put them back on or should I replace something else that would cause them to fall off? Do you know of any website where I can obtain diagrams?

JD's web site has good break downs of the parts, however I found that some parts have been discontinued. Everything that I've looked at for my 770 has had a diagram, but these machines are getting older and I wonder how long they will continue to support them.
