Planters jd 7100

i have a jd 7100 planter. it is two row with coulters and i cant seem to get penetration in medium hard ground .it has heavy duty notill springs. can anyone tell me what im doing wrong? thanks any suggestions?

May need to add weight,there are heavy springs on the coulters and if not enough weight,the springs will raise the toolbar,rather than penetrate soil.

thanks man i added some weight but i guess not enough
