Every time I start it blows a fuse and won't start. Dealer made some adjustments to fit my new Baler since then air quit and chased hat down now this. Any help appreciated. Constantly fighting birds nesting in engine but don't see issues with that on this problem.

Welcome.

You need to either:
1. Provide more info. Or
2. Go back to the dealer that "made some adjustments" which preceded the initial faults.

A blown fuse indicates an overloaded circuit or a short to ground/earth.

The fuse is doing its job protecting the loom. You need to find the faulty circuit.

Telepathy is not a good diagnostic tool for electrics.

You don't even say which fuse is blowing whether you have checked and fitted the correct size rating.

:confused3:

Birds bring rats/mice. Have you any evidence of rodent infestation?

:welcome: to TBN

For a fuse blowing, rig up a 12v light bulb on an old fuse and plug into the fuse holder.. the bulb will light when there is a short to ground.
Move wires or lift them to track down where that short is located using this trick. Saves on adding fuses just to test if the unknown short is found.

Let us know what you find.
I also agree on a re-visit to the dealer mechanic.

The fuse that blows is the fuse to the switch. Dealer issue was several weeks ago so not sure that is it. When turn the key it won't start and blows the fuse to the switch.

Are you blowing the solenoid fuses? Cannot hurt to try the following.

If yes, I believe the problem is the thermistor sensor (thermistors are temperature variable resistors used as sensors.). On the thermostat housing there is a sensor that is connected to a two wire harness that goes to the injection pump; this is the "cold start advance" portion of the system so it starts easier when cold by advancing the timing.

When the sensor on the thermostat housing fails it shorts out and blows the fuse. Try unplugging it, replace fuse and see if it starts and runs. The part # is RE503242, if you are quick changing it, you don't have to drain the coolant, just make sure it's not hot at the time. You will want a pan under the tractor to catch the coolant, so as not too have to clean it up.

To comply with the exhaust emissions regulation, the timing of injection pump should be around 6 to 9 degrees before TDC. These timing values do not allow proper start-up operations when engine is cold. To ease engine start-up, a cold advance system gives to the injection pump a temporary over-timing.

When coolant temperature is below 50 C (122 F), the solenoid valve is activated and opens the cold advance circuit.
