Snow Blade JD 54" front blade w/angling adapter

I bought a 54", QuickHitch front plow blade for my 1023R, plus the hydraulic angling adapter. Try as I might, I can't get the front hydraulic line connector to stay connected. It's a hinky two rigid right-angle adapters arrangement to which the ' retract ' hydraulic line is connected. After a couple left to right blade angl ings, the right-angle connectors loosen and leak hydraulic fluid. Help!
