JD 5325 starter will not engage

JD 5325 starter will not engage. All troubleshooting ideas check out okay. It is not a shuttle shift. Any ideas?

Have you cleaned & tightened ALL FOUR battery cable connections?? Locate neutral start switch and check continuity of that switch.

When you say, it will not engage - can you be specific. Can you hear the starter at all? Does it sound like the starter drive is gone - make a higher pitched whirring sound?
