JD 4400 No Start, No Lights On Dash

Afternoon,

I have a 4400 hydro. No start, no lights on dash. 12 vdc to double prong on key switch and solenoid small lug when switch is in the on position.

All fuses are good. Switched cruise relay with start relay.

Help?
