In short, I am selling my old Ford 1900 to my neighbor after I bought JD 4320 last year. I need info on the following:

1. I would like to attach my old Bradco backhoe, where do I get (or get info on) attachment brackets for the 4320?

2. I need a 'power beyond' connection for the backhoe and my splitter. Can I buy a kit from JD, or what parts do I need? Where to get info?

3. I have one extra valve and outlet on 4320. I could use one more for my box scraper. What do I need? A kit from JD? Where to get info?

For the backhoe, you should try to identify the model number and contact Bradco.

Deere hydraulic kits seem to be fairly reasonably priced, if you know exactly what you need and have good sources you can save a little but by and large the OEM kits are cleaner installations and cheaper that many DIY attempts. I would track down the nearest Deere dealer and ask for a Power Beyond kit and check out any extra SCV kits they may have. Installing it yourself vs. having the dealer install it is more based on your experience level and how much your time is worth to you - for the most part they're well documented and easy installations.
