JD 4115 is a coming soon

Well I did it. The deal has been struck. I am purchasing a JD 4115 w/FEL, 60 MMM w/ BM19507 latch kit, R4 tires, tiller, and 54 front end blade. Originally, I was not going to get the blade but with the JD special, it gave me the opportunity to pick out another useful attachment for free and I still get money back (based upon pre special prices). Uh Oh, with the so called extra money I think I see a toothbar being delivered soon.

I just have to send the 10% down payment and all is well. The best thing about this dealer is you can do it all by phone and checks, talk about integrity!

I can't wait to get this little green machine, in my opinion the best tractor for its size!! I think I better take a cold shower now!!!!

Welcome aboard surfacewave and congrats on your purchase of the tractor. One thing I might point out is when you use the fel you will need rear ballast, either loaded rear tires or a heavy three point implement on or ballast box etc..
That smiles not gonna go away for a long time!

Yes those are good points about ballast. The rear tires re filled, and it comes with a hood guard, bucket level indicator and 60"MMM latch kit. Right now I can think of a 100 yard projects to do. Yessem, the smiles are not going away anytime soon.

I just stopped at the local JD dealer today and they had a JD 4115 on the lot with turf tires. They also had a 4110 with industrials and a FEL. I took the 4110 out to try the loader since that is my first implement of choice and never operated one before. I must say FEL in general are fun and easy to use.

I am waiting to see what the new NH TC24D looks like, price, options etc as these are now my two main choices. JD 4115 vs TC24D.

What did you pay for the JD4115, FEL parts?

My 4115 was ordered early March, came off the line 22 Mar and arrived at the local dealer two days later. The 410 loader was attached and arrived at my doorstep 29 Mar. So far so good. When I asked the dealer about the 60" MMM and 450 Tiller they said "shortly".
The latest word (v3.0) is that the tiller was recalled and the MMM production was halted for engineering redesign. Production therorectically started 17 May and slated for 31 May. The cracking noise you hear is me crossing my fingers.
Calls to JD customer relations were to no avail (Thanks Bailey, for returning my calls not.)
Got to give the dealer Larry Davis of St James MO credit though; he loaned me a Howse 60" 3pt grooming mower so I could keep the homestead looking nice.

Bottom line: Still waiting for the 60"MMM, went to a 60" KingKutter tiller and, as a first time JD customer, dissapointed in the order execution.

All prices include installation, delivery (25 miles), and 2 JD caps.

Sorry I haven't been online lately but the tractoe is due tomorrow at 10:00am. Boy, I can't wait. The build to order for the MMM has been a thorn in JD side.
