JD 317 with Lawn Deck and Blower looking for operator manuals

Hi folks new to the forum. Lots of great threads. I just got myself a JD 317 Lawn Tractor from a guy who restored it. He also sold me the lawn deck H048L and blower G049E. Problem is I need to get belts and I have never installed these before so looking for operator manuals. JD online in non current does not show these online. Wheee can I get manuals? Does anyone have instructions?

You should be able to get the manuals through Deere.

I didn't understand this sentence.

Sorry, the comment was when I go to JD;s web site they have a non-current section for manuals and I could not find the manuals there. So I did end up calling them yesterday and placed an order to get their hard copy books.
