JD 3046R ECU A Fault

I am a contractor and am in IRAQ. We have a John Deere 3046R we use to move equipment, it has a fault code ECU A 522574.00 and 3791.00. Because of the location we do not have a JD repair shop. I would like to know if there is any way to clear all codes. Soot level shows 250 percent as it will not self clean.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
