looked at a3005 2wd the other day ,dealer quoted $9500 ,was wondering if this seems like a good price on this unit??

That's for the base 2WD tractor...probably no power steering. Is that going to meet your needs? About all it will be good for is mowing and some light tilling (you'll need front weights to lift the mower and any other implement).
