I have two JD 265's. One was bought brand new; the other used which I completely rebuilt. Having an issue getting the right amount of power from the rebuilt one. When compared to the 265 I bought brand new, the rebuilt 265 does not run at as high rpm at full throttle and if pull the throttle down to idle position it will automatically shut off the engine. So I'm pretty sure something is out of adjustment with the governor; I'm just wondering if I can get some pointers or advice on how to fix the problem.
