For the 3rd time in less than 2 months, one of the two O rings (actually flat rubber washers) that seals the fluid in between the Housing and the valve cover is shredded.
After the second event I carefully smoothed the surfaces and took care to evenly tighten the 3 holding bolts, but it's shooting out oil again.
What could be causing this?
