JD 2305 arrived this weekend!

Did the paperwork on Thursday evening and the unit was delivered on Friday morning.

I moved a 25' wide by 8'-9' high by 15' deep pile of logs, limbs, brush, shrub trimmings, etc. back into the woods about 10 feet. I really didn't know if I would be able to move this or not - it's been there a few years and there is some pretty big stuff in there. I did have to put it in 4-wheel but it moved everything without even a grunt. After I get some ballast and drop the mower deck I'll attack it seriously.

I've also mowed the yard with it - I was impressed by how quiet the entire unit was while mowing. I dropped the ballast box and parked the loader - that took all of about 4 minutes as it was the first time I'd attempted it. Parking and mounting the loader is a really slick operation!

I plan to post a review of the initial setup after I get a few hours on it.

I had forgotten that they were that shiny. It almost looks alien like that. Mine feels like a pair of old shoes already after only 60 hours. You're gonna have some serious fun while you get it dirty.

Good Deal !!! You are gonna love that little tractor, mine will be a 1 year
old in October , and we have an arctic cat prowler , a golf cart , four wheelers , and a Lund fishing boat , But I will tell you that the 2305 is
definately my favorite "TOY".

congratulations - they sure are pretty when they are first delivered. I now have 18 hours on mine and just plain love it.

I find myself chuckling as I use this thing - it's sneaky-powerful! Cleaned out about 75 square feet of nasty, thorny vines.

It's been bone dry here all summer, we're finally getting some rain so I'm sure there will be mowing to be done. My father-in-law is chomping at the bit to use this thing.
