Today I decided to also order the
I-match & 54" Landpride box blade

Shipping... Call came yesterday that the tractor was ready (01/05/06). Considering this was smack in the middle of Christmas and New Years I think they did a good job filling the order. The dealer will keep it another week to install the BB & I-match when they come in.

Dealer... Phelps Implement in Grundy Center, Iowa... extremely accomodating & helpful through the entire process so far... This is the first purchase I've made from them and hope this is the beginning of a lasting relationship.

Yep, I think so too... It's to pretty to get dirty. Maybe it'll become a collectible if I never put an hour on it /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif. It'll take some time for me to give in to the real reason this tractor exists... to work. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif This is the 1st brand new tractor I've ever bought... When I moved out 7 years ago I picked up a pretty 425 with only 30 hours on it. It took a loooong time for me to realize it was ok for a tractor to stay a little dirty after a mow or two /forums/images/graemlins/ooo.gif .

That is a nice set-up. I know the feeling with a shiny new tractor and not wanting to get it dirty. I still struggle and get mad with myself when I see small scratches on my smaller 4310 tractor. I haven't scratched the newer 4720, yet. Just keep a nice coat of wax on it and keep it free of debris. I try to keep mine washed at least once a month. Can't stand for the tractor to get too dirty, if you know what I mean.
