WHAT HAPPEN IS I TIGHTEN CLUTCH/PULLEY SO MUCH THAT THE ENGINE WOULD TURN REAL HEAVEY not fast enough to start, HOPE I DIDNT BREAK CLUTCH

There is a torque on the clutch bolt, but I can't remember it. It doesn't have to be uber tight. Use a 1/2"-drive ratchet and tighten it normally. You shouldn't be able to overdue it with a regular ratchet.

The clutch air gap is 0.018" if I remember correctly. Sounds like you don't have enough (or any) air gap.

Oh, also make sure the clutch is aligned properly on the anti-rotation pin coming down from the frame. If you don't get the hole in the outer part of the clutch over that pin, it will cock the whole assembly as you tighten the bolt, putting the whole deal in a bind.

Good luck!
