Ive been in contact with this guy who has a 06 110 asking 15k for it, It has aux front and rear just live I've been looking for and as I can see from the pictures its in good shape. Only issues he's said is the tach was replaced around 2500ish hours, it blows a little white smoke on startup (once warm it clears up), and in high range on small hills it acts like it wants to bog down with a loss of power. Do you guys think its worth that price and what are the pricing of some of the big jobs to get replaced or rebuilt on a machine with that many hours.

Do a good search here on TBN and look for posts of possible cracks in the rear casting.. apparently as best I recall, there were some problems if treated rough.

Such cracks/failures would be expensive to fix..

:welcome: to TBN

I was considering a substantially more costly JD 110, but got scared off by their very problematic history.
Just bought a 2006 Kubota L-48 with only 250 hours instead.
A LOT of money, but with lots of options included.

Rebuild projects ALWAYS have nasty dollar surprises!

I’d be inclined to buy it’s Kubota cousin. They seem to have a more solid past.

The engine, basic transmission and rear end are from the 4000 series tractor. I don't remember which, but the biggest I believe. I did parts lookups/comparisons when I was considering buying one. This could be good to know.

The 110 was a sexier tractor, but yes, the Kubota TLBs were a more solid machine.

I would not mind a Kubota it is just the cost for one kills me, And that this one was only 15k. Ill probably be putting around 100-150 hours a year on it so I figured the Deere would be good

I absolutely agree!
That is exactly why I just bought a very low hour 2006 Kubota L-48

The Kubota L48 v/s John Deere 110, might be a pay me now, or pay me later situation.
