JCB 1400B hyd fluid looks milky like water is in it?

Fluid in sight glass looks a light tan color.

Check to see if hyd reservoir breather is plugged. If breather is plugged moisture has no way it can escape when machine gets to operating temp.

Take some fluid out, allow it to settle... see if it separates?
