It\'s finally Done - Shop/Barn/Tractor Palace

It took a year to complete, and I am not sure what to call-it, but my tractor is living in style. It's a 20x30 building with 11' ceilings on the first floor and scissor trusses on the 2nd floor going from 7' up to 10' at the peak. The only thing I hired out was the cement work on the slab and a roofer. I paid a roofer $175 and he did the roof in 1-day. I designed and built it myself. The best part of it all, It's Done!!! Now I get to spend more time on the tractor /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

That's one nice looking building. After you're done tractorin' for the day you can play some ping pong (while enjoying your beverage of choice, of course) on the 2nd floor!

Thanks, the County was very clear that the 2nd floor will not be a dwelling, other than that I have had lots of suggestion for its usage. Ping pong, pool table, video games, but all I need is a comfy chair and the cooler within reach!

Dreamin, WOW very nice /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif, I really like the gable treatment and the color choices ,very pleasing to the eye....

You must have been dreamin about this one for a while, I always find the longer I think about a project the better it turns out, But its the waiting and thinking part in the beginning thats the toughest for me /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

That is a project to be proud of /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

OH! How about a picture of the first floor with the doors open looking in?? (kinda picky aren't I)
