I'm suffering from ITDS (Imminent Tractor Delivery Syndrome). Saturday I'll be receiving my first tractor, a new B3030HSTC with FEL, a 7' Befco Sickle Bar cutter, a 60" belly mower, and a used 5' rotary cutter. Surely, this is a great thing, but I'm paying a high price. My symptoms include (1) staring at the clock for hours in an attempt to accelerate time using only sheer willpower; (2) involuntary movement of the extremities mimicking the use of a FEL stick and HST pedal (3) asking the wife over and over again "is it Saturday yet?"; (4) sitting on the lawn trying to convince the grass to grow so I'll have something to cut; (5) stockpiling enough diesel to make a mid-east nation jealous; (6) driving around my property inventing "landscaping issues" that need to be resolved; (7) spending at least 4 hours a day reading TBN to reassure myself I bought the right machine; (8) trying out tractor names on an old piece of orange scrap metal; and (9) obsessively checking to see that the camera is charged and working. Clearly, I need help. Any tips?
