1. seat - can't get it to not bottom out (my weight 250lbs). I do have back issues and can't get the adjustment wheel tight enough to not bottom out. any suggestions? new seat, shock pad underseat?

2. xr engine stays in exhaust burn off mode since I usually run the tractor an hour or two per weekend.

3. manuals-worthless! better than a chineese utv but by not much.

4. poor dealer prep. roll bar pins would not come out, I'm working thru issues.

5. best place to mount a tool box?

The engine will have 2 lights come on,first the burn light then the high exhaust temp light.burn light should stay on for 30-50 min then go out and high temp light will stay on for another 10 or so minutes after burn light goes out.the regen or burn will happen every 4 hrs.i let mine finish before stopping tractor.

1) I haven't had the seat bottom out yet (I weigh 220). Have you adjusted both the seat weight and height adjustments. I adjusted my height adjustment all the way up first then adjusted the weight knob.
2) Mine does the same thing. Only have 26 hours on mine and have seen both my lights on for about half that time. I think it's because all my hours so far have been at low RPM's.
3) The factory service manual is much better than the owners manual. It was expensive but worth it to me. the Parts manual could be better laid out. I have the parts manual CD and printed out a hard copy. When I get time I am going to add marker tabs to the sections to make it easier to find the parts I am looking for.
4) Don't want to discuss my dealer prep issues. I'll just say I now use a different dealer.
5) I have the cab model so finding a place to mount a tool box was tough. On the back right side my tractor has two threaded holes. I made a bracket to attach in the holes and mounted a small box there. (see Pic) It just clears my remote ports and have just enough room for the top link arm to clear. Without a cab you could add a bracket to go all the way across the back and mount a box to that. I remember seeing another member did this but couldn't find the link.

Don't know if its defective or just at its weight limit.
I bought a spring suspension seat at TSC a few years ago for another tractor that did not have suspension seat. I know the one I bought had a tag on it that said 250 lb. max. I'm not 250 but still cranked it up all the way. Maybe the LS seats are maxed at 250 also. Maybe you should contact LS direct through their Email and ask them what the seat capacity is and what you can do to increase that capacity.

I sent LS an email. Can anyone suggest fixes. After using the tractor a few hours yesterday my back is not doing well.

I would look at adding additional suspension (FL, FA & FH Series) to the seat. Contact Milsco and see what would work to add to the seat you have.
