At seven years old, my Yanmar SA424 recently developed a slow leak at the hydraulic connection for the FEL. No issue without hydraulics hooked up, but a slow drip when the couplers were connected.
I'll point out that the 1/4" variety of the 5675 coupling uses a "standard" o-ring number size 113 (embedded in the middle of the parker part number cited above!). I just got a pack of seven for $3 at Tractor Supply where you can find them listed on-line as "Double HH 9/16 in. x 3/4 in. O-Rings, 7-Pack". They have a 3/32" thickness which is standard for the size 113. Yes they are a 70 durometer hardness rather than 90, but other resources on the web say that's ok specifically for the fittings that are being discussed here.
I've only changed one out because it was the only one that was dripping (so far!). I may get to the other three on a rainy day.
Changing it out was a bit of a PITA - but a lot easier than sourcing and changing the whole fitting! There's little room room to work and the groove is a bit down the hole - almost around a corner. My o-ring hook tool didn't work at all, so I used a welding pick to pull it out. I was careful not to scratch the metal surfaces. I cleaned out the groove in the fitting with compressed air and a little nylon brush. I then lubed the new o-ring with hydro fluid and fiddled around for a couple minutes to get it in place.
Hope this helps someone!
