Hi all:
Just took delivery on a TU 155 & returned the Shibaura 1643 I had on loan since September. My initial playing around confirms this is a great tractor with lots of convenient features. Only one little problem so far, there doesn't seem to be a dipstick to check the engine oil or am I just not looking in the right place? My stationwagon has no dipstick for the transmission & I eventually accepted that but this seems a bit much. How can I tell if this machine uses oil? Is this some kind of trend? if so, I don't like it. Don

TU180's have a stick. I haven't yet sold a TU155, but surely they do.

You better look harder. The TU155 I had did have one. It may be missing from its tube.

Thanks guys,
I did find the tube, way down low between the fuel filter & firewall. Tube & handle come out almost horizontally & it had used a little oil. Don
