ISEKI SR1610 Tiller

Hello everyone, I'm new here. I have an Iseki SR1610 rototiller I am having a terrible time finding an owners manual, parts manual or any information on really. I'm rebuilding it and got just about everything else done but the tines replaced. If anyone has a parts manual or owners manual or any info on, I would be greatful. Thanks in advance

Besides being ugly, the tips of the tines I can see are only about ½ way worn out. Why replace them?

Besides being ugly, the tips of the tines I can see are only about ½ way worn out. Why replace them?

About 4 are missing all together, a few are broken off and most of the others are rusted most of the way through broke a couple just setting it down after I bought it... don't think there are to many that would survive actually being used and I don't really want broken off tines randomly in the garden. So, I figured I'd just replace them all and get a fresh start on them if you have any info on this attachment or an owners manual
