hi could anyone tell me were to top up hydrostatic oil on this tractor, thank you,

You should have a fill cap under the seat. Flip forward and should be rubber cap.

The tractor frame is the hydraulic reservoir in most tractors. There will be some kind of plug or cap somewhere on top of the frame. There may be a dipstick or there may be an overflow plug on the side of the frame to indicate it's full.
