IS WALMART HYDRAULIC FLUID USE OKAY IN KUBOTAS

I have posted this before, but not brand specific. To get Kubota UDT or Super UDT I have to drive 1 1/2 hours to my dealer. Would Walmart universal hydraulic fluid meet Kubota's specs? Or should I drive and pay the extra cost?

There really is no added benefit from using Kubota Fluid in a Kubota engine. Save your time, gas, and money by buying your hydraulic fluid locally.

He may save time, gas, and money if he purchases his hydraulic fluid at Walmart, but he will be spending a lot of money replacing his engine if he uses that hydraulic oil in his engine. Last I heard, hydraulic oil was not approved for use in engines!!!!!!

Dunno.. read the side of the pail.

I know it meets NH 134d specs.. etc.

TSC also sells traveler and Mystic/majestic? brand UT type oils.. soundguy. I know the Traveler UTF also meets NH 134d specs.. etc.

I knew what you meant, but it was worth a good natured ribbing for comedy sake. Too many people are getting way too serious about tractors. I wonder how long before we might be using one oil/fluid for everything. Used to be 3 fluids now we are mostly down to 2.
