Price Check Is this a good deal?

I used to own a 2006 5225 cab/air 2wd. Times got tough in the car biz, so I had to sell it, and downsize. I owned it outright, so I was able to bank some cash and then I bought an 09' 5045E over a year ago. ....now I am ready to get back in a cab..looking at the 5083E with dual rear remotes, mids/joystick. Dealer wants 20,450 diff AND I can use the 0% for 60 or 1.9 for 72. Whatcha think?

I think I would give the M models a good look too. Hopefully you can get back to a loaded cab model and stay there. I remember your thread from last year and understand the dilema, but if you can swing it get the better setup. Changing horses and trading up and down is costly as you know.
