Is this a good deal for an 8354ss?

A guy is moving and recently purchased an 8354ss. It has a loader, box scraper, and brush hog. May have one other attachment as well, but I forget. It only has 20 hours on it, and he is will sell it all for $15,000.

I have been looking at a Kubota L3400 with the same attachments for closer to $20,000. Does this sound like a decent "instead of" purchase?

I think it sounds great. Those new Cubs are nice. I've drooled over them at the local dealer. I forget what the dealer said he wanted for one similarly equipped, but it was more than that. I have a '01 7360SS and love it.
