Price Check Is this a fair deal?

Hey, I have a Kubota B2710 1999 w/800 hrs. I'm looking at a John Deere 3320 w/72" drive over deck and the 300cx loader. The price I was quoted $20200. and my tractor. Is this a fair price or am I being taken advantage of?:confused2:

15% off list (pretty much normal around here) puts you at $28,682.44. That leaves $8,482.44 for your trade in. Looking at the prices for B2710's on TractorHouse, they are really giving you top dollar for your trade. I change my mind and I'd say that's a really good deal - $8500 trade in for a tractor they might get $9000-10000 on after the heckling. I thought the B2710's were a little newer. I would jump on that.
