Thanks for all your help! I updated my profile. Bought this land earlier this year. Less than 20 acres. Plan to raise crop on 4-5 acres and will bushhog another 5-8 acres. Central KY for pricing. I had found the listings on the 464 locally (well 50 miles) but couldn't find anything for the 274 - so that site was a big help.
