Is there a better toothbar than Markham?

I have read volumes here on TBN about toothbars. I am buying one, that decision is made. From what I have read here, I'm getting ready to order the Markham toothbar. I was quoted $289 plus $30 shipping for a 72".

My dealer sells the H&H EZ-Attach toothbar for $399 plus shipping. Seems a little pricey. You always hear "you get what you pay for". So, is there something about the H&H that gives it $100 more value than the Markham?

It is hard to tell quality just by looking at web sites and photos. I need some real world opinions.

Tell me about your toothbars TBN'ers! What do you like? What did you pay? What would you do different? What is the optimum sized teeth and spacing for various tasks you've done?

I think I paid about 325 dollars. Mine is made by ATI. NO complaints. It has removeable teeth. Have not broken one though. I have put it through some hard useage. Can't speak for the markham one though.

I've had a Markham for about a year. It works great and I have no regrets. I have no experience with any other brand, so can't draw a comparison. The company (family) is great to deal with.

I just bought a toothbar regularly advertised on Ebay. I chose it based on the manufacturer's description of its quality, and the description was accurate - it's a nicely made unit, custom made for my 73" JD bucket. Couldn't be happier with the product and the extremely quick and friendly service. It shipped out 3 days after my order. Cost was $284 plus shipping = $341.

I have suggested to the manufacturer that he offer a TBN discount. He liked it and and he is running that idea by some one else in the company.

I bought mine as a "buy it now" at the $284 price, his current auctions don't seem to have the 'buy-it-now' feature and are listed at $264 and $235 for the different lengths.
