Is \"EZ Weights\" still in business?

I lifted the front end of my NH TC 24D about a foot off the ground going up a hill yesterday with a heavy finish mower on the 3pt. (STEEP hill /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif ) I looked at EZ Weights a couple weeks ago. Checked out their web site and remember something saying that they can be installed on SOME front wheels of SOME tractors. So I went to check again today and can't find the web site. HELP!

Darn, I thought maybe I typed in the wrong URL or something. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

I just hope they are having a website problem, I'd like to add weight to the front end of the tractor and not increase the lenght of the tractor.

The suitcase weights at the NH dealer increase the tractor length by better than half a foot and with all the other stuff I have jammed in my garage, I can't afford to increase the lenght of the tractor if I hope to keep parking it inside. <font color="blue"> </font>

I hope they are still in business - I absolutely LOVE mine, especially since I take them off and put the on every week...

Oh well, If they are gone, you can always make your own. I made mine about three years ago.

I called the phone number for EZ Weights and got an answering machine. The answering machine said my call was important! I left my number and hope to get a return call. I'll let you all know what I find out.

I spoke with EZ Weights today, they actually called me. Apparently their website has been down for 10 days and they are going to find a new host for their site. They are still in business, just hard to get in touch with because if you don't know their phone number you pretty mcuh are out of luck.

That's great! They are really nice people and have a very solid product, especially for those of us who don't weld.

BTW, I got my weight at the local Play It Again Sports shop for $.20 per pound. I also found some it the local Pennysaver classified, but never called cuz I had enough....

Sorry that it took so long, I missed your post some how. I used 2-1/4" plates for the backing small enough to go into the center of the wheel, 2-1"x8" bolts and 8-carriage head bolts (I don't remember the dia. 1/2" or 5/8") Here is a picture of them. Wheel Weights
